Bröderna Berner AB has acquired the medical device distributing company Dolema AB.  The acquisition further strengthens the position of its Berner Medical division in the Nordics. The parties signed the sale and purchase agreement on 10 March, 2020.

Berner Medical, a division of Bröderna Berner AB, is specialising in the healthcare and professional cleaning business, and has been operating on the Swedish market for decades. Its customers include regions and private health care companies. Bröderna Berner is a subsidiary of the Finnish family-owned company Berner Ltd. aiming at sustainable growth of its businesses in all Nordic countries.

The main product groups of Dolema include respiratory products like nebulisers, and products for urology such as catheters and ostomy care.
