Ordior Eesti OÜ, part of the Berner Group, has merged into Berner Eesti OÜ on 30 June 2026. The business will continue under the familiar Berner Lab name.

The merger supports Berner Lab’s goal of providing a consistent customer experience across all our markets: Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Estonia. Cooperation with the customers and principals will continue as before, with the same trusted experts and contact persons.

Berner Lab is part of Berner’s Healthcare and Laboratories business area. Berner Lab provides public sector operators, customers in various industries, and research and service laboratories with comprehensive equipment and service solutions.
