Whistleblowing channel

The channel enables anonymous reporting of suspected violations.

At Berner, maintaining a high level of business ethics is the starting point for our operations. We want to act correctly and responsibly, so that we can maintain the trust that all our stakeholders place in us.

However, if our stakeholders have any suspicions of conduct that violates legislation, our values, or our Code of Conduct, we ask them to tell us about it immediately, without any fear of consequences for the person making the report.

If they wish, the matter can also be reported anonymously through the Berner Group’s WhistleB reporting channel at:

 https://report.whistleb.com/berner.

A whistleblowing report may relate, for example, to corruption, fraud, or other unethical conduct. Suspicions do not need to be supported by evidence, but reports must be made in good faith.

At Berner, reports are handled confidentially by a designated whistleblowing team. If a report concerns a member of this team, or the person has connections to it, that individual does not take part in the investigation of the report.

Our whistleblowing channel is managed by an external partner, WhistleB.
